Click on the link above to access the newly expanded DIFO book. It has four parts. Part I reviews the research on lesbian and bisexual women’s health including a chapter on aging. Part II discusses all the influences on lesbian/bisexual women’s health from factors in individuals, to interpersonal relationships, community influences and broader societal factors that affect our health. Part III addresses the nature of change and outlines suggestions for setting goals, identifying what holds us back, learning more about nutrition and intuitive eating, and increasing physical activity. Finally, Part IV is the DIFO workbook, with guidance on starting a group of your own.
If you are available, check out this all day event. Sounds like a great workshop.
